In this study, We report a 12-year-old male with acquired, recurrent
erythematous lesions, A clinical examination revealed multiple,
non-bleeding groups of red to crimson macules typically less than 1 mm
in size, and a histopathological biopsy showed dilated blood vessels in
the papillary dermis.
