Iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm is common vascular complications of angiographic procedures. Patients with uncomplicated pseudoaneurysms can be managed with ultrasound-guided techniques. However, for complicated pseudoaneurysms, surgical repair of the artery is mandatory.
