Abstract
Cryptococcal meningitis is a major opportunistic infection in
individuals with HIV. 36-year-old male with a past medical history of
AIDSpresented with altered mental status, lumbar puncture performed
showed elevated CSF opening pressure of 29 cmH2O and positive CSF and
serum cryptococcal antigen, developed seizure, and posterior brain
