Abstract

A 64-year-old female had undergone CABG 10 years earlier. Follow-up CT gram showed the giant coronary artery aneurysm (CAA) located on the proximal left circumflex artery (CX). We performed hybrid repair with CABG (SVG-CX) via left thoracotomy and stent assisted coil embolization. A coronary angiogram revealed complete CAA exclusion.
