Acetaminophen-induced Stevens–Johnson syndrome with lethal lung injury:
A case report
Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS) with respiratory distress can lead to
fatal outcomes. However, there are a few reports of drug-induced lung
injury with diffuse alveolar damage caused by acetaminophen, the most
severe type. Here, we describe a fatal case of acetaminophen-induced SJS
in a child with irreversible lung lesions.
