On Properties and Applications of a New Integral Transform to Solve Fluid Flow and String Vibration Problems

This work introduces a new integral transform for functions of exponential order. Sufficient conditions for existence and uniqueness are derived under suitable assumptions. Basic operational properties such as linearity, scaling, shifting, convolution, and limiting behavior are established. The transform of several elementary and generalized functions and derivatives and integrals are obtained. Application of the new transform is then illustrated in the solution of fluid flow and string vibration problems. The obtained results are found to be true for already existing results.
