This report introduces a patient with end-stage haemophilia arthropathy.
He had a unique background and presentation, with challenges such as
joint stiffness, muscular atrophy, severe pain, decrease in
cardiopulmonary and vestibular function. Finally, he achieved the basic
self-care of daily life through comprehensive physical therapy.
