Abstract

Considering the difficulty in the treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage （CSFL） caused by intrathecal catheterization, we report here a case of successful treatment of CSFL after Intrathecal drug delivery system implantation with an epidural blood patch combined with fibrin glue.
