This case is the first time to combine ICF-CY conceptual framework with
GMFM-88 item functional scale and use it in the rehabilitation and
diagnosis of early childhood onset patients with CMT4F.Through
periodical training, the effectiveness to guide rehabilitation diagnosis
and treatment for early onset CMT4F patients was proved.
