Abstract
This case report aims to summarize the seven-years follow-up period of
an upper premolar transplantation for a maxillary central incisor. A
maxillary central that had been avulsed and reimplanted elsewhere was
diagnosed with progressive external root resorption. Transplantation of
teeth 1.5 was planned as the case presented with increased overjet.
