A case report of diffuse large B-cell thyroid lymphoma
Primary thyroid lymphoma is rare. We describe the case of a 65-year-old
woman with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis who presented a 12-month history of
neck swelling. Our investigation revealed the presence of a Diffuse
Large B-Cell Lymphoma of the thyroid which accounts for 50 to 80% of
thyroid primary lymphomas.
