Abstract
We experienced a case of a male IP fetus who survived until 19 weeks of
gestation. The diagnosis of IP in mother and fetus was made genetically.
In the autopsy of the boy, the degree of hepatocellular cytolysis was
much more advanced than the postmortem changes of the other organs.
