Abstract
Leadless pacemakers have an accepted role with demonstrable benefit in
adults. In contrast, implant and follow-up experience in pediatric
patients is quite limited. We present our implant experience in a
4-year-old for treatment of high-grade AV block. Implant considerations
in small patients and follow-up assessment of the vessel used for
implantation are discussed.
