AbstractThe main prospect of this proposed work is to confer an algebraic theory for analyzing fractional singular systems. A modern class of linear fractional singular delay systems with two orders are proposed. The key notion used in the enlargement is the decomposition form for matrix regular pencils. As crucial issue, a procedure for computation of reachable set, and control input of addressed system is acquainted. The considerations are illustrated by suitable examples.
